Pricing Your Home

The local real estate market is the most important pricing factor in determining the property's list price. In order to determine the correct value of your property, I will carefully research the market and prepare a comprehensive market analysis report (CMA). This report will compare recently sold properties that are similar in size, location, and other amenities. The report will give you a price range of what buyers are willing to pay for similar homes. Together with the CMA, we will determine the list price.

In addition to the local real estate market, other factors in determining the list price include:

The seller's time frame - Do you need to move immediately or are you in no rush as long as a buyer comes along at some point?

Condition of the property - Is the property well maintained or in need of repair?

Financing Alternatives - Are you willing to pay buyer's closing costs or offer owner financing options?
